Work Permits
At 3SIXTY Core Consultants, we also specialise in work permits and visa processing for Malta.
Non-EU/EEA and Swiss nationals need to obtain an employment license to work in Malta. Through our firm, once you have chosen your candidate, we will be able to assist your company in bringing your new employee to Malta. All Third Country Nationals (TCNs) must submit a Single Work Permit application to be able to work and reside in Malta. We assist you by handling directly all the steps needed, from collecting documents from the new employee, filling in applications, preparation of contracts, assisting with any medical appointments and insurances required, visa processing and also legal support through our partners.
Upon their arrival in Malta, we will be able to assist your new employees by applying for the new Maltese residency card and any other formalities required.
The Single Work Permit is required to be renewed annually. Applicants are required to proceed for the renewal within 90 days from the date of expiry. 3SIXTY Core Consultants can assist also on such renewals.
